Even though they lost to the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime of Super Bowl 58, the San Francisco 49ers are the consensus odds-on favorite to win the NFL title next season, according to the major sportsbooks.

The 49ers will be returning the core of this season’s NFC Championship team and currently sit between +450 and +550 to win the Lombardi Trophy for the first time in nearly 30 years.

San Francisco’s loss to the Chiefs was the third Super Bowl loss for the franchise since winning it all in 1995.

The Chiefs, of course, on Sunday in Las Vegas won their second consecutive title and their third in the last five years. They are currently second on the odds list to win Super Bowl 59, which will be played next February in New Orleans.

But it’s not just a two-team race.

The Baltimore Ravens, led by league MVP Lamar Jackson, are close behind, according to the odds. They were the AFC’s top seed in this year’s playoffs and finished with the best regular-season record in the NFL.

Rounding out the top five are the Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions, who were this-close to beating the 49ers in the NFC title game and playing for their first Super Bowl title in team history.

So even though the 2024-2025 NFL season is still a long way away, FrontPageBets takes a look at the futures odds for every NFL team to win Super Bowl 59.
